Just curious, I’m not planning to work out in high heels or anything. :)
Yes, I am pretty sure it does, although I do not have the numbers. The human body and its motion pattern are by nature made to preserve energy. This is a survival strategy in an environment with limited resources. Anything you do to change that movement patter is likely to increase the energy expenditure.

So in heels you spend more energy but I think they are totally worth the price ;-)

Probably not, but it puts unnatural strain on your legs, hips and back.

High heels should be outlawed.

well i guess it would because it tones the muscles in your legs. muscles in turn burn more calories than fat so i guess the answers yeah!!!!!!

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using a new product I found out, it’s the acai berries from the Brazil forest.
There is a company that gives free samples (there is a $3.95 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular weight loss aid http://www.no-strss-diet-help.us.
