I have "flat feet." Are there any exercises and/or stretches that can be done to fix this or at least ameliorate it?
You should see a podiatrist or just go to a specialty running store they should be able to help you out with correct arch supports and advise on your problem,most of the people who own or work in these stores are actual runners and should be able to give you some free advice.
